A scent of summer and memories

Most of the works that I do have some theoretical practical purpose... A lamp, a vase, a bowl, a plate and so on.

Recently I had to cut down parts of one of our apple trees at home, and I decided to turn a broken sculpture from it, something that just looks pretty and really doesn't serve any practical purpose.

I was so happy with the result that I decided it deserved its own base to stand on so I turned a simple base in walnut with some brass inlay and finished with true oil.
